Noob Returning to Warframe: Part Deux

I have a great love for this game, but a deep hatred of its obtuse map and quest system. I would have been alright if the game let me start over from scratch, but alas I cannot. I understand why this cannot happen, due to its mmo nature and the inherent microtransactions, etc. but still. A simple reset on the tutorials alone would help. Maybe that is in the game's sea of maps, maybe not. Either way, I really do love this game, and hope that I can get past this little quest hurdle I am currently stuck on by finding out how to get more circuits. I'll find a wiki I am sure, or maybe someone can provide me one in the comments? Any help would be appreciated, and I can power through this part of the game and get into the meat a bit more. I'm dying to see what else there is to this game, and possibly unlock some more Warframes/build the extra one I purchased with my game currency.
