Titanfall 2 Multiplayer is a Ton o' Fun. Watch Me Noob it Up

So, I talked a little bit about the campaign the other day, now it's time to explore multiplayer. Initially I was going to not play multi until I either made it further into the campaign, or finished it entirely. I wanted to have a little more skill moving my pilot around and what not before I headed in to get my butt whooped.
I didn't.
Now I may never complete the campaign.
I see now why the first Titanfall, even without single player content to speak of was such a success. This shit is fun!
Here are just a few of the videos from taking on multiplayer for the first time. I have snipped out a lot of the loadout fiddling, as I did spend a lot of time in there trying to make sure I had a fighting chance. The beauty of the quick match ups, at least in attrition, is the use of bots. The bots are grunts, and are a nice way to snag a few points as you make your way through. They, and the also AI controlled stalkers, make the multiplayer feel like a real skirmish by adding further troops to take down. This adds a more breakneck fast pace to the matches as you now have a need to move around and not just cherry pick people from afar. Also, if you don't get a ton of real player kits, you can at least still contribute to the team by taking out some of the AI for a point a pop.
Once you trigger your titan though, man there is nothing like it I feel. I know I am gushing, but since I was a kid watching Macross Plus, and Voltron, I wanted to have my own mech. I am seriously impressed by the immersion when the mech closes around the pilot and the display begins to boot up. I smile like the 10 year old me every time that happens.
Anyway, I won't prattle on much longer, and make it seem like I was placed here to sell the game. Once I get leveled up some more in multiplayer, I am sure the dynamic will shift, and perhaps I will not love it so much. Either way, definitely fun to be had in there.
